Philip T.B.C., aka Filip Klug. Philip T.B.C. ,DJ and producer comes from a small town called Nyrany near the city of Plzen in Western Bohemia. He's residing in Prague atm. Started out with music at age 15, playing in several bands (Pod Stolem, Swinging on the Flipity Flop). Beginning as a guitar player, he then embarked on singing and then settled with bass guitar. Swinging on the Flipity Flop (having two bass guitar players) reached some recognition, though by then Filip was already getting into hardcore and crossover, performing mainly in the Plzen area (Divadlo Pod lampou theatre and Klub C). He decides to leave the band after a year due to disputes and music takes a back seat in his life.

It's during the following summer when he learns about DJing. He starts spinning in '98 and concentrates on breakbeat music from this very beginning. Autumn '98 sees him performing in a club (Wakata, Prague) for the first time. He then records his first demotape and becomes a regular DJ fixture in XT3, Punto Azul and Divadelni bar Akropolis clubs in Prague. He also turns to organizing his own venues in the student dorm clubs in Strahov, Prague and commences playing out outside Prague. In '99 Filip buys his first jungle vinyl and specializes in this branch of music.

Later, he reverts to breakbeat and starts out with techno as well; these days you can hear him play a combination of all the above mentioned styles: jungle, drumandbass, techno, techbreak, breakbeat, but also elektrobreakz, downtempo and hiphop. He never sticks to a single style and tries to create a blend of those. He's known for his technojungle and techbreak sets. He plays out from 3 turntables at present. He regularly plays outside Prague throughout Bohemia, Moravia, and at times in Slovakia as well.

Recently, he is working on his technics of mixing and hiphop technics. He is probably one of the few Czech Djs who is bringing his mixpult Pioneer 909 with effect unit and foot pedal for effects controling always with him. His credo is to work on himself and as he says "I am not interested in mixing of two vinils from two turntables anymore and I am still looking for new ways how to upgrade. I am searching for the inspiration everywhere but lately especially at the hiphop djs. High-quality collection of vinils may have nowadys almost everyone, that is why mixing for me is mainly about some skills and not 'only' about mixing. If one manage to joint good skills with quality music something interesting may arise from it". From this result apparently his technics as scratching or beatcutting which he keep on using more often.

Over the last years he has played at the majority of big summer festivals e.g. Cosmic Trip, Svojšice, Openairfiel, Nočné Vlny, Summer of Love, Planet Roxy and others. From time to time he also plays abroad such as Hungary or Austria. And almost regularly he plays in Slovakia.

He has also played with a lot of worldwide famous producents and djs like Freq Nasty, Ed Rush, Andy C, Hype, Aquasky, Dj Die, B.L.I.M., Rennie Pilgrem, Fabio, Adam Freeland, Krafty Kuts, Kemal, General Midi, Mufler...

His invitation at the biggest Slovak multi genre festival Pohoda 2005 can be regarded as the greatest success utill now. Filip has been invited directly by LIAM HOWLETT from the storied band The Prodigy . He has played as their support at the main stage.

He has recently been chosen as the only representative from the Czech republic for the ten days tour of Sweeden along with producents and djs from France, Romania, Poland, Finland and Germany.
